I Frist started using Peterson Strobe Tuners when i was learning pedal steel guitar. back then tuners in general were limited ..but Petersons were a piece of scientific instrumentation.. Why change after 30 years of perfect... No they didn't have clip on back then ..they were big and bulky desktop tuners then...i use them to tune all my various instruments. if you never had a strobe tuner ..they are tons more accurate than other types. Got 2 pack of clipons...tired of strobe swapping. Wink....cant beat the 2 fer price, Sweetwater is the best ..shout out to Forrest..

Most accurate I've used

I already had one and in the interest of not always looking for it, I added two more. They're simple the best that you can get. I have a StroboStomp on my board as well, and another StroboPlus on my work desk. All of them agree and in one-to-one testing against other tuners, Peterson always wins. Peterson always can get a little more than the others, but they can never get more than the Petersons. Not the cheapest, but they are the best (and it does matter).

I LOVE my Peterson clip-on Strobe Tuner! It's accurate, easy to configure, easy to maintain,
and dependable. What else could you ask for?

There is no going back, this is an awesome tuner.
