What Our Customers Say
Wow! I have worked in this industry for 27 years. I am beyond happy with your service in the repair department. My last item was an Ampeg 2x12 Reverbrocket that went down several years ago. Two repair service companies told me it was not repairable and to get a new amp. Your team found dirty jacks and a couple minor items and now it is 100%. Thank you for the best-in-class customer service.
I received my repaired monitor yesterday and just ran it through its paces. Everything seems to be in good working order. Thanks, as well for double boxing the unit. I sincerely appreciate all your efforts to come up with an outstanding working solution to the problem. You and your teams are the reasons that all my major purchases (and usually the smaller ones, too) are with Sweetwater.
Thank you so much. I appreciate your stellar support and will of course continue to be a loyal customer, telling my students about your amazing customer service. Thank you for dealing with this.
