If your toms have too much resonance and you want the perfect resonance control, look no further. I love the way my toms sound now! I use one on my snare as well! Forget the gel or any other way to give your toms that perfect studio quality sound.

Bought a set of these through my Sweetwater Sales Engineer Dylan Driscoll. They arrived in less than 48 hours from the time of my order. They easily fit right on top of my drum heads and greatly reduced drum over ring. Be sure you have your drums tuned properly for maximum effect. A great product at a great price. The back of the package has a great drum head guide for future drum head needs. I would highly recommend this product.

I've used these for decades. Started playing frequently again, purchased again. I'd seen many reviews in other retailers say the same thing, and it happened to me: the 10, 12, & 14 fit and sound great. However, the 16" (floor tom) ring is too big or warped... makes buzzing on that tom; doesn't fit the diameter/drum head correctly. I went ahead and purchased the Aquarian Studio Rings (same product, different brand), hopefully those are sized correctly, as Remo once were some decades ago.

I purchased the Remo Control Rings pack. I didn't need the 10", but I did need the 12", 14", and the 16" rings to calm the overtones in my Sonor Phonic Plus drums. None of the rings fit the drums - they were all a shade too big and wouldn't lie flat on the heads.

I did call Sweetwater and asked if I could cut the rings. This solution was not recommended, and I felt as though I was getting a sales pitch to try something else. Unfortunately, I have a gig coming up in a few days and I didn't want to take a chance on getting replacements too late (which could be the same wrong sizes anyway).

My solution: Duh! I cut the rings and taped them where they overlapped to fit the drum. So far so good, but I am upset that I had to jump through hoops :-) to get these tone control rings to lie flat on the drumhead.
