I use the Ksm11 on a weekly basis, and it is incredible! I've tried many mic capsules within the last 10 years, and the clarity I get with this microphone is unmatched. Hands down my favorite microphone from Shure!

The best live microphone ever?
I have owned pretty much every type of live microphone over the years, and I always seem to come back to shore products. If you are using an SM 58 and I mean either one or the 87 a this is the best upgrade path for your wireless system and you can also buy for $150 a handle that will turn your KSM 11 into a wired microphone so you can get the best of both worlds.. AJ has been my sales person for close to a decade now, and has never steered me wrong on a purchase. I am a hard rock, heavy metal vocalist, and the fact that you can cup the top of the microphone without any issues for me is a solid bonus. For me, this is the a train of microphones.
