This stand is an integral addition for the FP10. It literally attaches to the piano, allowing the speakers to produce unobstructed sound, as the bottom of your piano is left completely open!
It's also very sturdy, and in our case, works just fine on carpet. It looks great, with a very low profile, and seamlessly blends with the FP10. A very worthwhile addition that will make your FP10 that much better!
