kc 200 ?
I needed an amp pronto so I didn't return it. The description said 100 watt amp but it was actually an 80 watt amp but it was very nice sounding amp and met my needs. So just be aware of what you actually get if your not in a hurry like I was. Overall very good quality
What I needed it for
This was the perfect amp for my use. In the garage with my portable electric piano, good enough.
My main use was just hooking up my iPad w/ music and filling up the back yard for a party. Good clarity and volume. Didn't have to crank it make it sound good. My last outing with this amp was at my church for Fall Festival setup music. This 1 amp was louder than the 2 CLG's the DJ brought- and it was 30 yards away. Good -Solid Sound.
Why this Speaker/ amp- I brought my Zep- Sabbath- Moody Blues- Zappa-Diamond music; they put you in a room with just you and your music and between the 10 other amps- to ME; it had the best clarity. Picture below- Do you see it- it packs a punch.( Behind my wife during the church Halloween Trunk -Treat
Solid.
At this price point I would have loved to get something with 2 speakers, but aside from that this is a solidly built, great sounding amp. I pair it with an SP-404, and EMX-1, and a Minifreak. No problems, no regrets on this one.
Roland KC200
might work as a practice amp. No volume or lows. note that input #4 is used only as a monitor and does not output to mixer, so in actuality it is only a 3-input device
Absolutely solid, Dynamic, and sooo many Options (inputs)!

A solid keyboard amp for my vintage synthesizers.
Needed to replace my very outdated Behringer keyboard amp and this is perfect. Just what I needed for My Polysix and Juno-6. Simple use in my jam space and sounds fantastic. Easy to use with not too many knobs. I love it.
KC-200
It sounds great and is the size we were looking for as an amplifier for when the theater is rehearsing.
roland kc 200
At home this amp produces the quality sound one expects from a roland amp. I haven't used it on a gig though to measure output capability.
Great replacement for it's "little brother"
My smaller KC-100 practice amp was over 20 years old. I got my money's worth. This one is a good compromise and easier to transport than my larger KC-550, which barely fit in my car. Haven't tried it yet at an outdoor gig but will soon.
Not for a gig
It works but the piano sound is poor. It isn't heavy and it's not to large but the sound is a bit to small, very treble and not too loud, for a performance.
Good except for...
I am impressed with the build quality. Synths do sound pretty good. But, if you're playing straight up piano, you may be a bit disappointed. I couldn't get it dialed in for piano. All in all, it's not a bad amp at all. The price is good, and works good as a decent monitor for your own ears. I ended giving this amp to a buddy of mine, and upgraded to another product. You get what you pay for, and this KC-200 is no exception. I would recommend this amp if you're not too picky on piano sounds. It should last you a long time.
Great Amp for our sysntesizers
We read a lot of reviews and spoke to friends about which amps they were using and Roland was always at the top of the list. This is a perfect amp to handle a couple of synths and a microphone. Sound is incredible for such a small box. Would highly recommend it. Playing a Yamaha MX88 and an old Roland through it.

very powerful for its size, works good in small to intermediate gigs
Amazing
Amazing amp, Great sound, very clear and powerful for a small amp
Love it!
Great sound and very versatile.
Excellent Amp
I have had my Roland KC-200 for 6 months now. I loved the new detectable power cord , and the increased power of the 100 watts. I use it with my Yamaha PSR 400 keyboard, and a Shure 58 mic, along with the Mike Mechanic. In the past, I have worn out two Roland KC 150 amps, and currently have a Roland KC-110 for portable gigs in the parks, with power source available. I also like the 4 channels ports, which supports lead vocal, background vocals, keyboard, and Roland V-Drums, and CD soundtrack. Truly Roland is the way to go for keyboard amps.
Great Amp
I use it for my sax/flute. I needed a small rig and this is perfect. Easy to carry, mini PA in a box. GREAT bottom end. Easily covers a typical coffee shop or dinner night club. I play my tracks through the AUX inputs.
