Our state-of-the-art school includes an impressive suite of teaching studios for guitar, bass, keyboards, and drums, with future potential for other instruments and basic music technology curriculum as we expand. The academy is part of our amazing new corporate headquarters here in Fort Wayne; students come from our regional market and enjoy a unique creative environment, including the opportunity to showcase their talents from time to time with recitals in our world-class Performance Theater. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience and a strong background in both music instruction and business administration. Strong communication skills are essential. Duties include scheduling, facilitating a staff of talented instructors, proactively promoting the school in the community, and recruiting prospective students.
