Aspen Pitman Pop Filter

When ever I place items in my wish list I've watched the video prior to purchase. My rep Jon mention this was on sale. Its a nice item to have. The Aspen's Pop Filter is still on my wish list for the other Audio-techinca I purchased. I am satisfied with it. Thanks Jon

Pop Filter Hatred

I'm not sure when my hatred for pop filters began, but I have never owned one that did what I wanted at least not for long. From a value perspective, 30 bucks for this filter is a great value; 1. The gooseneck stays where you put it 2. The gooseneck clamp is offset so that you don't have over bend the gooseneck which will cause the gooseneck to slowly creep back 3. The magnetic filter screen can attach to the gooseneck ring or to other metal parts of microphones such as the shock mount.

Are there more expensive, better pop filters? Probably, but I own a half dozen of them at different price levels and all of them suck. Therefore, a filter that stays put, has many mounting options and I don't remember setting it up is the queen of the pigs!

Great item !

I really love this pop filter. Not as gawky and awkward as the typical ones are. This is cool looking and very functional. It really does a great job in removing the pops. I would definitely recommend this item. I do not use it with the gooseneck attachment, so I cannot comment on that. But, the pop filter is excellent.

I love this thing, given I have a metal shock mount.

If you have a metal shock mount, this proves to be arguably the most elegant solution for pops. No unwieldy hardware, just a shock mount. I love this thing so much.
