iZotope Turns 15, Offers Free Vinyl

Our friends at iZotope are celebrating their 15th birthday! To celebrate, the company is giving you a gift: a free copy of Vinyl. iZotope is reissuing Vinyl, which was their very first plug-in, as a free download. Designed to emulate the effects of dust, scratches, and the warp of a worn record, plus the effect of the electrical and mechanical noise of a turntable, Vinyl quickly became a favorite among producers and musicians when it was first released 15 years ago. With this free download, you can make new recordings sound as if they are playing off of a vinyl record, adding a user-controllable amount of vintage character to the sound.

Vinyl is a free download in celebration of iZotope’s 15th birthday!
