Sweetwater to Host Hiring Event to Help Fill Seasonal Arizona Distribution Center Positions |
| Sweetwater is hosting a job fair and hiring event to fill seasonal shipping specialist positions in its 350,000 square climate-controlled distribution center located at 16801 Glendale Avenue. "We are excited to welcome more energetic, hard-working people to our team," said Director of Distribution Center Human Resources Jen Lock. "Sweetwater is often recognized as an employer of choice and we're thrilled to be able to provide even more jobs for people in the region." The hiring event will take place Friday, October 6 and Saturday, October 7 from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Sweetwater's distribution center. Candidates will have the opportunity to participate in open interviews, tour the facility, and complete preemployment requirements. Sweetwater offers competitive pay, Daily Pay options, and gear discounts after 60 days, as well as a comprehensive wellness program that includes resources that help improve employees' mental, physical, social, professional, and financial health. Starting pay is $17-$18 per hour, which includes a $1 per hour time & attendance bonus. Available shifts include first shift (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) Monday through Friday and weekend shift (6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) Saturday & Sunday.
